Don McCoy

President

Don has been with CORE Elements since its formation in 2012. During that 10+ year span, he has led the Technology Services team in its evolution of becoming a premier managed services provider with an emphasis on delivering quality IT systems, applications, and services. He has a proven track record of securing long-term relationships and delivering value and support to clients in their business missions.

As an accomplished, forward-thinking business technology leader and 30+ year veteran of the technology industry, Don has proficiency in building highly responsive, quality-focused, multi-disciplinary organizations engaged in developing, evaluating, and servicing technology products and solutions in dynamic work environments across start-up, private, and public company settings.

Don's achievements are rooted in building cultures focused on people, process, quality, and trust resulting in loyalty and engagement ultimately delivering exceptional client satisfaction. And it starts with hands-on leadership, delivering strong customer care expertise, instilling best practices, challenging the status quo, driving product and services improvements, championing quality initiatives, and cultivating intracompany relationships.

When not working, you will find Don enjoying time in the garden growing a variety of vegetables, fishing on a stream or lake, or performing various types of do-it-yourself activities in and around the home.

Ray S

Director of Business Applications and Architecture - 16 years

Ray is an accomplished engineering manager with 16 years of experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products and solutions. With a passion for technology and a talent for building high-performing teams, Ray has a proven track record of driving growth and success in complex environments. In their current role at Core Elements, Ray leads a team of engineers and technical professionals, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of various projects/solutions. They are responsible for setting technical direction, developing and executing strategic plans, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Bethany T

Sales & Marketing Manager

Support Service Manager

Perry has played a central role in our organization's technology landscape - ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client support as the Core Elements Support Services Manager. With a wealth of expertise in software implementation, he has successfully integrated key solutions such as Meraki, Bitdefender, BrightGauge, and Connectwise. His specialization in Connectwise products, including Automate, Manage, and ScreenConnect, empowers the business with remote monitoring and management, user support, and robust reporting services.

Perry’s expertise in Microsoft 365 business applications empowers companies with streamlined communications and file sharing tools leveraging Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and OneNote. His exceptional ability to distill complex technology into accessible language has earned him accolades from our clients, making them feel more at ease with technology-related decisions. Equally important, Perry maintains an important role in documentation efforts including templates, training, and implementation for team members and clients.

Amos B

Show Technology Services Manager

Amos began his professional career as a IT Support Analyst and quickly expanded his responsibilities involving network design, installation, setup , and maintenance coupled with mail server migrations and administration. His dedication and expertise led him to hands-on troubleshooting and support for showroom operations, culminating in his appointment as a Show Lead. As Show Lead, he assumed managerial responsibilities for overseeing client showroom technologies preparedness and coordinating support resource logistics across multiple cities.

Today, Amos is spearheading all aspects of client showroom enhancements along with array of projects nationwide. His purview extends to logistical coordination, equipment procurement, and its seamless implementation. During peak seasons, he expertly manages the scheduling of showroom support, ensuring that operations run smoothly. Furthermore, during non-show time, Amos focuses efforts on working with clients to either install new technologies or optimizing existing installation ensuring optimal operations.
